Job Description
As Spa Manager you will be have to take full responsibility for the operational and financial control of this leading spa in a very prestigious location.
Main Responsibilities
To ensure that the highest standards are adhered to, and that the guest experience exceeds expectation.
To support the General Manager and establish and maintain marketing & PR objectives, operating criteria, programming, budgeting, VIP guests, staff relations and training.
To achieve agreed commercial targets at the spa through the planned co-ordinated development of the facility and the implementation of the strategic treatment and membership sales activity programme.
To establish and ensure a cost effective wage structure based on productivity and efficiency.
To maintain and implement the reporting procedures and control systems.
To ensure that the Health and Safety Policy and Procedures are implemented and monitored in particular with relation to Health and Hygiene standards.
To maintain and update equipment, product, service and standards as required.
To deal with problems, enquiries and complaints from Spa clientele.
To interact professionally with guests, members, and members of staff
