Health & Beauty Manager required for this newly opened state of the art Health & Racquets Club. Job Description
The main purpose of your role will be to uphold the brand standards by providing a comprehensive, professional health and beauty facility for club members and non-members, ensuring that all safety and hygiene requirements are met, whilst consistently delivering a world class service. You will effectively monitor and manage the health and beauty team to achieve budget and the company standards as per the standard operating procedures, whilst maintaining a motivational and harmonious working environment.
You will currently be a Head or Senior Therapist, ready to take the next step and manage a small team of therapists for this new Health & Racquets Club. The Spa is due to open in the Summer after a sucessful club opening earlier this year.
