My client is going through an exciting phase of opening of its sites across the UK and seeks managers with drive and ambition to join them on journey which will provide excellent career opportunities through their expansion plans. Currently recruiting for an Assistant Spa Manager with responsibility for retail in a flagship high street site in St Albans.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate experience of managing a similar operation with a proven history of achieving targets. You should have excellent commercial skills and the ability to drive the business forward as well as delivering a top class customer service.The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Retail Spa including finance, stock taking, training, promotions and performance management to ensure the team consistently achieves their KPI's. You will have significant retail expertise in this high street location.
