Job Description
My client is an leading international hotel operator based in Central London. Voted as one of the top 100 luxury 5* hotels in the world, this hotel and spa is a haven of pure luxury and class. They are currently seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to assist in the running of their spa facilities.
My client is looking for a candidate that has previous Spa Management or Assistant Spa Management experience within a 4* or 5* luxury environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong therapist background, have a very 'hands-on' management style in terms of training and guiding the team of 15 staff within the spa. The successful candidate will be able to lead by example and be keen to carry out a range of holistic treatments, as well as being able to remain 100% customer focussed and oversee the day to day running of the spa facilities.
