Job Description

Our client owns a Luxury 4* Hotel and Spa within Ashford in Kent. They are currently seeking a Membership Sales Advisor to join their leisure team.

Responsibilities include:
  • To deal effectively with enquiries for key products to maximise sales.
  • To co-ordinate pre-booked business between client and the relevant sectors of the business to meet the client's requirements.
  • To produce and co-ordinate regular social activities for members and the public.
  • To identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • To project a suitable, consistent and clear identity for the club


The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a membership sales role and a solid knowledge of the health and fitness industry and its sales process.  You will be working alone initially to build the membership base, respond to new enquiries and seek out new business opportunities.  My client is looking for a very sales hungry candidate that is able to demonstrate proven success within a leisure sales environment.

Salary & Benefits

£16,000 basic per annum (negotiable depending on experience). 

They are also offering a good commission package.
