Job Description
Our client owns the finest collection of Country Clubs in the United Kingdom. The clubs offer modern, well-appointed facilities in tranquil surroundings. They are now looking for a Membership Sales Advisor to sell health and fitness memberships within their site based in Lichfield.
The successful candidate will need to be able to:
- To deal effectively with enquiries for key products to maximise sales.
- To co-ordinate pre-booked business between client and the relevant sectors of the business to meet the client's requirements.
- To produce and co-ordinate regular social activities for members and the public.
- To identify and develop new business opportunities.
- To project a suitable, consistent and clear identity for the Club
We are looking for dynamic and outgoing sales people to join this country clubs in the West Midlands. Experience of the sales process within a golf or health club environment is essential. Above all you will possess excellent communications skills, a high degree of professionalism, a strong sales focus and have good customer care skills.
Salary & Benefits
£15,000 - £17,000 per annum plus commission (OTE £20K - UNCAPPED earnings)
Benefits are non-contractual and may vary according to status and length of service
