Job Description

My client is a Leading Leisure Operator in the UK. They are currently seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to drive the membership sales and alongside the team at their club based in South West London. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To sell memberships, be customer focused, achieve the targets set, and process any documentation relating thereto; to follow up prospects and arrange visits; to be a source of information and to deal with all enquiries relating to membership sales and enquiries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To be directly managed on and achieve daily Key Performance Indicators in Completed Calls; New Leads Generated; Setting Appointments for prospective members and completing new membership sales
  • Carry out lead generation activities to include planned Outreach - at external partners and premises to include corporate businesses, events and activities, shopping and high volume people places
  • Telephone prospective enquiries and ensure that all mandatory details are entered on to the prospecting system and any other relevant information.
  • Set appointments for prospective members and ensure that they are dealt with as per the set company sales techniques and procedures
  • To gain new membership sales through successfully following the company's set sales procedures
  • Meet with prospective members and sell the facilities of the Club ensuring that information is tailored to the identified requirements of the prospective member.
  • Develop and maintain a full operating knowledge of the Club's membership system, including joining fees, subscriptions, direct debits, cancellation policy, Club services and rules.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and thorough knowledge of the Club and details of its operation and policies in order to be able to explain to prospective members the clubs facilities and operations.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and record the information on the computer system to adhere to the Membership Sales Administration Policy
  • Ensure full adherence to necessary paperwork and administration tasks
