Job Description
Exciting opportunity for a dynamic Chef to join an experienced brigade within an award winning kitchen.
As the Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef to run the kitchen to the high standards expected. Other responsibilities of the role will also include helping with the financial aspects of the kitchen and participating in the training and development of more junior members of the brigade.
You must have the ability to be able to help motivate and lead a brigade is also essential. The chosen Sous Chef will have had experience of working within either a 4 or 5 star property and will ideally have previous rosette experience.
