Exclusive 4 star 2 Rosette country house hotel is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join this experienced brigade
The main duties will be to assist the Head Chef with all aspects of kitchen management including stock control, ordering, menu planning and development and staff training.
Previous experience within a similar role would be an advantage or this may suit an experienced Chef de Partie looking for a the next step within their career.
