Exclusive Central London 4 star hotel & Spa is seeking a high calibre Junior Sous Chef to join an experienced brigade of Chefs.
You will be required to supervise Junior members of the Brigade and assist the Head & Sous Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen. Staff training and development will be a major part of the role.The ideal candidate should have worked within a 4 star hotel environment in a similar position or this may suit an experienced Chef de Partie looking for the next step!
