Exclusive Red star property is seeking an Assistant Manager within an award winning brasserie style restaurant.
The main function of the Assistant Brasserie Manager to assist in the smooth running of the Restaurant, A quality background preferably with rosette experience is desirable, as is the ability to train and develop the Restaurant team.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player, with excellent food and wine knowledge, and a passion for superior service.
