Job Description
Exclusive 5 star country house hotel is seeking an experienced Chef to join this experienced brigade within a fast paced environment.
As the Sous Chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of Kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef and he responsible for a growing brigade. Experience within a rosette property would be an advantage but not essential. This position may suit an experienced Junior Sous seeking the next step.
