Attention to detail is the key to this role as you will be dealing with VIP guests andensureing that the highest level of customer service are given at the time of booking.
You must have an excellent telephone manor and have a passion for guest satisfaction, experience of the Fidelio system would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
