Luxury 5 star Hotel and Spa requires an experienced Reservationist who is seeking to progress to the next level with their career.
You must be very Attention to Detail orientated, Customer Focused and happy to work within a close knit team.
You must have an excellent telephone manor and have a passion for guest satisfaction, experience of the Fidelio system would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
