Chikara Solutions is a forward-thinking, proactive specialist recruitment consultancy focusing on premium resourcing in the leisure, hospitality and spa industry. As part of our continued development we are now looking to recruit a motivated and challenge-orientated individual to join the team based in our office at Bradbourne House, East Malling, Kent.
We are now looking for an ambitious individual to continue our drive within the hospitality sector. As a sector this has been established for over 18 months and we currently have a number of leading operators as our clients. Previous recruitment experience is essential and in addition, a clear understanding of the key issues impacting the sector going forward would be an advantage. Being able to maximize a current client base, whilst creating new business is a must.This role provides an ideal opportunity for an individual who enjoys the challenge of developing client relationships, and ensuring quality is never compromised where the sourcing of high quality candidates is paramount.
