Fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Hotel professional to join this 4 star hotel & Spa to take a hands on role in the day to day management of hotel operations.
An opportunity has arisen to join the senior management team at this fantastic 4 star hotel. Whilst spending the bulk of your time on the floor, you will oversee all service depts of the hotel. Your time will involve coaching the team on service standards, developing Heads of Departments and instigating revenue and profit making opportunities.
You will currently be employed in a 4 * branded hotel either as an F & B Manager or Ops/Deputy Manager. You will be expected to demonstrate experience of operating to high F & B standards consistently and have been key to developing standards and processes in your current role. Additionally you will be experienced in other Hotel Departments and be on a clear career path to General Manager, ideally within 18 months.
