Exclusive 4 star hotel and Spa is seeking an experienced F&B profesional to join its management team.
As the F&B Manager you will be responsible for the smooth operation of all of the F&B outlets. You will be managing a team of F&B staffThe main duties will be to maximise guests satisfaction, adhering to the company standards. You will be dealing with all queries and guest complaints related to the F&B operations. It is important you have a full understanding of GP's as the Food and Liquor GP is solely your responsibility. The F&B Manager will be in charge of food and beverage ordering, updating food cost sheets, weekly stock controls, monitoring and reporting shortages and breakages, carry out float checks and checking the daily banking.
The F&B Manager is responsible for keeping up to date with the H&S legislation and ensuring the team is trained on a regular basis. It is also the F&B Managers responsibility to ensure all team members have a basic food hygiene certificate.
It is important you have an excellent knowledge of the F&B operations from a 3* or 4* hotel. You could be a strong assistant looking for the next step up.
