Job Description
Exclusive 4 star Hotel is seeking an experienced F&B Manager raise service standards within a busy department.
MAIN DUTIES
To have full budget responsibility for the Restaurant and Bar and be directly involved in the planning and supervision of the day to day operation of all F&B outlets maintaining a comprehensive "hands on approach".
To deliver consistently high levels of service to ensure complete satisfaction to both internal and external customers and anticipate clients needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn enhance client satisfaction.
You will need to create an environment which promotes employee morale and encourages the team to have a pride in the area and a high level of commitment.
