Job Description
Leading Health & Fitness Operator seeks Maintenance Technician
You will be responsible for:
- To identify and act quickly on maintenance issues that may undermine the member experience.To support the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the club and that the standards and processes are delivered consistently.
- Work across all areas of the club to ensure issues are resolved and opportunities taken to improve the member experience.
- Make sure all health & safety policies are adhered to and that a safe environment is provided for everyone ensuring we deliver and sustain audit requirements.
- Develop ideas and suggestions for your line manager on how things could be improved for members, or how the job could be undertaken more effectively.
- Actively participate in company training programmes, and take every opportunity to increase levels of expertise.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Experience of repairs and maintenance.
- A genuine interest in solving maintenance issues including DIY.
- Ideally experience of working in a service focused role.
