Job Description
My client is an International Hotel Chain, now seeking an experienced health & fitness operator to manage their Hotel Leisure Club. Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, this role forms part of the senior management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of leisure club management including staff training, health + safety and membership retention and sales.
We are looking for a service driven leisure club manager with at least 3 years experience in a similar role for this high profile position. With a membership base close to 1000 with the potential to grow significantly, and soon to undergo complete refurbishment of the gym. We are looking for a well rounded candidate with a strong background across both commercial and operational functions. You will have full P&L accountability so must be familiar with budgets and forecasting as well as capable of formulating sales and retention strategies. Previous experience of building and developing a team essential.
In addition to this, you must be able to demonstrate a hands - on approach as well as being a natural leader and man manager.
