Job Description
Leading Hotel Chain seeks talented Leisure Club Manager. You will be responsible for achieving club membership targets through generating fresh leads and converting prospects into members.
We are looking for a sales & service driven leisure club manager with at least 3 years experience in a similar role. With a membership base close to 1000 with the potential to grow significantly, and soon to undergo complete refurbishment of the gym. We are looking for a well rounded candidate with a strong background across both commercial and operational functions. You will have full P&L accountability so must be familiar with budgets and forecasting as well as capable of formulating sales and retention strategies. Previous experience of building and developing a team essential.
In addition to this, you must be able to demonstrate a hands - on approach as well as being a natural leader and man manager. You will also:
- Be able to work shifts including weekends on a rota basis
- Previously worked and managed in a leisure environment
- Able to manage rotas and staff schedules
- Experienced in delegating tasks and following up to prompt achievement
