Job Description
Talented Fitness / Operations Manager with ability to manage significant area of club operations.
Working for a market leading health and fitness operator with clubs across the UK, our client has set the bar high for focusing on standards and member interaction making the gym the heartbeat of the club.
We are looking for natural leaders with an eye for detail and the drive to improve standards whilst maximising secondary revenue across personal training, retail sales and additional secondary revenue streams.
You will be responsible for delivering a unique member retention program which is critical to the success of your clubs overall retention and success. You will also be responsibly for holding weekly one-to-ones with all your team ensuring their continued development and success.
You will need to be qualified to REPs Level 3 and have had previous management or supervisory experience and have a good commercial understanding with an eye for detail and opportunity.
