Job Description
Our client is currently seeking an Assistant Leisure Club Manager for their 4* hotel property based in Winchester, Hampshire. The role will involve helping the club manager to lead a team of five, overseeing and participating within personal training, helping to manage personal training revenue, organising staff rota’s and ensuring the smooth running of the leisure facilities at all times.
The successful candidate will possess an outgoing personality to ensure excellent relationships are maintained with the club's members. They must also have had ample experience within the leisure industry working within a similar supervisory or management role. Candidates must have the relevant qualifications (including pool plant) and a personal training qualification (REPS Level 3).
The basic salary being offered is £17,000 to be reviewed after a year, although this is negotiable dependent on experience.
