Luxury 4 star Hotel with excellent access to London and a stones throw from the coast is seeking an experienced C&B Manager who can exceed guest expectations and deliver first class service!

JOB DESCRIPTION

To ensure that all conferences and events run smoothly and efficiently and that customer/guest satisfaction is maintained at all times.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

To ensure that the Conference and Banqueting operation is run efficiently and effectively and that all requirements and company standards are met.

• Working in order to drive profit forward in the department by controlling costs and maximizing revenue opportunities.

•Working within budgetary constraints.

•To effectively manage the Conference and Banqueting team

•To continually train and develop the members of the conference and banqueting and ensure that full departmental inductions are delivered.

•Health and Safety responsibility for the department 

EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

Previous conference and banqueting experience to a supervisory level is required Applicants should be well presented, energetic and able to work well under pressure. They should have an eye for detail and possess outstanding customer care skills.
