Country House Hotel & Spa is seeking an experienced Bars Manager
An experienced Bars Manager is requiried to assist the F&B Manager with the smooth running of this department.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a multi bar venue and have to skills to complete stock takes, ordering and also cellar management. You will be required to manage a small team within this growing department. Staff training and development will play a key role in the position.
The position may suit a strong assistant manager seeking the next step.
